Long Life Prayer

for

Utterly radiant sun of the wisdom of Manjushri

The all pervading rays of your compassion shine forth without limit

Nurturing the lotuses of the teachings and beings

May your three supreme secrets always remain firm.

Vast dharma ocean of Shakyamuni’s impartial doctrine,

Touched by moon rays of hearing, reflecting, and meditating,

And moved by a hundred thousand waves of explanations debates and compositions,

Chief doctrine holder may you remain firm.

Through devoted wishes accompanied by infinite blessings,

Of the supreme refuge, the three jewels

May this prayer quickly be accomplished

So these auspicious signs will be above samsara and nirvana!
